Lower Back

You Should Include Back Exercises In Your Abs Routine

Back exercises help to improve your posture. Your core is made up of your abdominal and back muscles. Neglecting your back could result in a bad posture and a higher risk to injury. Your back and abdominal muscles work together to move your spine back and forth and side to side. Already you can see how neglecting your back can limit your movement and distort your posture leading to unnecessary strain on your joints. Don’t neglect your back!

Although this site is dedicated more to your abs I will briefly talk about a few exercises that you can perform that will strengthen your lower back muscles. One thing you should remember is that your body is not made of your abs and lower back only. Use my abs programs to complement your full body exercise routine. You should not neglect other parts of your body that also need strengthening. As time progresses I may add sections that include other parts of the body including shoulders, chest, legs and arm workouts.

Avoid lower back problems down the road by incorporating a routine that strengthens your lower back.

Some of the simple and more common back exercises include the following:

  • Floor Back Extensions
  • Floor Supermans
  • Opposite arm and leg extensions
  • Dog arm and leg extensions
  • Alternate arm and leg extensions on the exercise ball
  • Lower back extensions on the exercise ball
  • Leg lifts on the exercise ball

Note that I will provide more detail of these lower back exercises as they come up in my abs programs. I will continue to add to this list as time progresses. Feel free to send me your back exercises for a chance to have them included in my abs programs that are performed by thousands of people around the world. Please note that the exercises you submit will have to pass a review process before they are incorporated into SimpleAbs programs.

Butt Exercises

Simple Rock Hard Buns

What does the “right” butt (gluteus maximus) look like? How firm should your buns be?

Are you born with a perfect gluteus maximus or can you manufacture your ideal firm butt? Ofcause some people are blessed to be born with what may seem to the rest of us as the perfect gluteus maximus muscles. As for the rest of us, we have to manufacture our buns to what we desire them to be. No, I don’t mean go under the knife; simple butt exercise routines that you can perform in front of the television can help you mould your ideal butt. The “right” butt in my view is the one that you are comfortable with and makes you feel young!!!

The summer almost always means that people wear less and expose more of their beautiful bodies. Some people are excited to put on the shortest shorts and skirts while some may be a little hesitant because our butts just don’t allow for that kind of wardrobe! Our buns literally scream “You better not be thinking of putting me in those tiny little shorts!”

On this page I will share with you simple yet effective bun exercises that will help you tone up faster than you think! If you perform these exercise routines regularly I assure you that you will see a noticeable and desirable difference! Results will vary from one person to the next.

My favourite bun toning exercises include:

  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Hip Extensions

Squats are my all-time favourite butt firming exercises and by the way you do not have to use heavy weights to get results. Focus more on form and high repetitions to target your buns more effectively.

Note that I will provide more detail of the above butt exercises as they come up in my abs programs. I will continue to add to this list as time progresses but the above three in my opinion are all you will ever need to do in order to firm those butt muscles relatively quick.

Feel free to send me your butt exercises for a chance to have them included in my abs programs that are performed by thousands of people around the world. Please note that the exercises you submit will have to pass a review process before they are incorporated into SimpleAbs programs. Thanks in advance for your participation in this program.
